Alternate Income Form  - One way you can help with our district revenues is to fill out the Alternate Household Income form.  We are currently providing breakfasts and lunches for free to all students.  However, filling out the Application for Free and Reduced Meals Form will help us secure our supplemental funding for students who qualify for free and reduced lunch upon our return to school.
