Pacifica School Districts Child Nutrition Department operates 6 student cafeterias, one in each school where we provide a daily breakfast and lunch.  Our school kitchens have a team of highly trained staff, with food safety and customer service as the highest priority.  The Child Nutrition Services team works together to develop healthy and appetizing meals for the students.  These meals are analyzed, and the recipes are adjusted to ensure they meet USDA nutrition guidelines for each age group for calories, sodium, saturated fat, and whole wheat flour.

We are happy to share the exciting news that for the entire 2022-2023 school year, the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) is providing free school meals for all children younger than 18 years of age through the California Universal Meal Program. This program requires PSD to collect a Free and Reduced Meal Application for every student.  Here is the link to complete the application. EZMealApplication. Through this program, Breakfast and Lunch will be provided.  Additionally, if your child would like a second meal, it will be available for purchase.  For this reason, it is highly recommended to place money onto your account in www.ezschoolpay.com
