Negotiations

The District and CSEA met at the District Office. The parties discussed the following during
negotiations:

● The District’s Goal: To provide competitive compensation that reflects the high value of our
staff while remaining responsible stewards of the public funds we receive through the Local
Control Funding Formula (LCFF).
● PSD made a counterproposal to article 26 - Professional Growth Incremental (PGI) Program
● PSD made a proposal to article 20 - Discipline
● PSD is working on a counter proposal to Article 10 - Compensation for the next negotiation
session.
● Both teams agreed to participate in a Health & Welfare Committee in an effort to meet
mutual goals of benefit maintenance and cost reduction.

Our next negotiation session is on February 27, 2026 at Ortega.
