Facilities, Maintenance, and Operations
The Pacifica School District Facilities, Maintenance, Operations & Bond Construction Department is committed to providing safe, clean, functional, and welcoming learning environments for students, staff, and the community. The department oversees district wide facilities maintenance, custodial and grounds operations, capital improvements, modernization projects, and bond-funded construction.
Through proactive planning, responsible stewardship of public resources, and collaboration with school sites and community partners, the department works to maintain existing facilities while investing in long-term improvements that support teaching and learning. From daily operational needs to major construction and workforce housing initiatives, our focus is delivering quality facilities that serve Pacifica’s schools today and prepare them for the future.
