New Communication Systems
Pacifica School District's new communication platform helps keep families informed with important school and district updates. Our new communication system is integrated with our Student Information System (SIS). As long as your contact information is current in ParentVUE, you will receive communications from your child's school and the District. Depending on the type of message, notifications may be delivered through phone calls, text messages, or emails. This includes emergency alerts, school announcements, and automated attendance notifications when your child is absent.
To ensure you receive important updates, please keep your contact information up to date in ParentVUE.
The good news is that if you already have a valid email address and phone number listed in ParentVUE, you are automatically enrolled to receive school and district communications. No additional sign-up is required. If help is needed, please contact ithelp@pacificasd.org

Stay connected on the go by downloading the mobile app. Search for Pacifica School District in the Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) and log in using your activated credentials.
Customize Your Preferences
Log into your account via the app or web browser. Navigate to your profile settings to choose how you wish to receive updates (instant notifications or a convenient daily digest) and select your preferred language for instant, automatic translation.

Literacy Initiatives
Educational Support Services: From Success to Sustainability
Thanks to our strong results with the TK-3 The Big Lift grant, Pacifica School District earned a new investment from Give Forward that expands our literacy work from TK-3 to TK-8. This exciting partnership with CORE Learning is helping us build lasting systems that strengthen teaching and learning across every school. The three-pronged approach includes executive coaching for principals, on-site classroom coaching for teachers, and districtwide professional learning for all educators. This includes middle school content-area teachers in P.E., math, science, social studies, music, and more. Together, we are creating a shared vision for high-quality literacy instruction so every student has the opportunity to become a confident, successful reader.
After School Programs for TK-8th Grade
We coordinate before-school, after-school, summer, and enrichment programs that extend learning beyond the school day and provide meaningful experiences for students. Additional information can be obtained at each school.
