assessing three developmental supports that promote resilience and as
protective factors that positively influence student outcomes by:

CHKS provides a theoretical framework to support student health and wellness as a youth development process. In
Pacifica School District improved health, social and academic development and
functioning are desired outcomes – believing the successful development of
students depends on the quality of relationships, beliefs, and opportunities
for participation. Mindful of this our system strives to promote and nurture:
