It is recommended that the Board approve the Minutes of the September 10, 2008 Regular Board Meeting.

5.          APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA AND CONSENT AGENDA

It is recommended that the Board approve the agenda for the October 1, 2008 meeting and all consent agenda items.

 

All items on the consent agenda will be approved with one motion, which is not debatable and which requires a unanimous vote for passage.  If any member of the Board, the Superintendent, or the public so requests, any item shall be removed from this section and placed in the regular order of business following approval of the consent agenda.

It is recommended that the Board approve the attached commercial warrants for the period of 9/2/08 through 9/17/08 totaling $851,271.57.

(d)     Service and Consultant Contract Approvals

It is recommended that the Board approve the Service and Consultant contracts as presented by staff.

 

(e)     Bid Opening Results for District Office Heating System

It is recommended that the Board award a contract to Brady Air Conditioning, Inc.  for $83,511.00 to provide and install a new heating system for the District Office.
