Make a Contribution
As a small nonprofit organization, Pacifica School Volunteers
depends upon foundations, businesses and donations in order
to provide the programs that help children succeed in school.
Pacifica
School Volunteers is a good investment. Every year PSV volunteers
contribute more than 20,000 hours to children in Pacifica’s
public schools. The Independent Sector, a coalition of nonprofit
leaders, has determined the value of a volunteer hour in California
to be $19.74. Thus, these 20,00 hours have a value of $394,800,
more than triple the yearly operation budget of Pacifica School
Volunteers.
There
are many ways you can help PSV continue with its work:

• Participate in your employer’s giving plan if
available
• Remember Pacifica School Volunteers in your Trust
