Standards Based Report Card Program
Progress reporting reflects PSD coverage of the California State Standards. Choose a grade to see its report card. The explanation of grading marks is below.
Content Standards
Content standards were designed to encourage the highest achievement of every student, by defining the knowledge, concepts, and skills that students should acquire at each grade level.
Literacy Plan
The PSD, the Board of Trustees, and each school site will adopt and support the on-going work of the District Literacy Team (DLT) in implementing and adhering to District Literacy Plan (DLP). The DLP addresses the vision, direction, and coordination of establishing and maintaining a comprehensive, coherent structure for language arts teaching and learning.
Math Plan
In addition to having been taught mathematics based on the district standards in K-7, every student who graduates from eighth grade in Pacifica School District will have been given the opportunity to learn algebra.
